Granola is so versatile! You can eat it on its own, with a milk a choice, with fresh fruit, or all the above! Either way it is delicious and so nutritious!

Recipe:
•2 1/2 cups of rolled oats, 1 cup of roughly chopped walnuts, 1/2 cup of chia and flax seed, 1/2 cup pumpkin purée, ALOT of cinnamon & pumpkin pie spice (to taste) , 1/3 cup honey or sweetener of choice, and cacao nibs (optional)
Steps:
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until golden brown! •IMPORTANT• Wait at least 30 minutes to allow the granola to cool once it’s out of the oven. This allows clusters to form!
