Chocolate Protein Muffins w/ Blueberries 🍫🍫🍫

One of the most underrated combos has to be chocolate and blueberries! Whoever has not tried this has to ASAP!! What better way to enjoy the combo than in a protein packed muffin?? I call these “muffins” , but they are more like cakes! Extremely moist and packed with plant based proteins and superfoods🌱🌱

Ingredients:

2 cups of oats

1/3 cup chia seeds

1 packet of Juice Plus Dutch Chocolate Protein Powder

1/3 cup of tahini

1/2 cup agave

1/2 mashed banana

1 cup frozen blueberries

1/4 cup cacao

Dash of vanilla

Sprinkle of salt

1/2 cup water


I eat one of these muffins for a snack & 2-3 with fresh fruit and nut butter for a meal! However, everyone is different, so enjoy these any way you would like! These ingredients also make one dozen or 12 muffins!

They’re so good even your pets will beg!

Pumpkin Spice Granola🍁🍁

With fall right around the corner, it is time to start up the fall baking! That means pumpkin spice EVERYTHING!! And what better way to enjoy pumpkin spice then granola?!?

Granola is so versatile! You can eat it on its own, with a milk of choice, with fresh fruit, or all the above! Either way it is delicious and so nutritious!

Recipe:

2 1/2 cups of rolled oats, 1 cup roughly chopped walnuts, 1/2 cup of mixed chia and flax seed, 1 cup of pumpkin purée, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon & pumpkin pie spice, 1/3 cup of honey or sweetener of choice, and cocoa nibs (optional)

Steps:

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until golden brown. •IMPORTANT• wait al least 30 minutes for the granola to cool after you take it out of the oven. This allows clusters to form!
