One of the most underrated combos has to be chocolate and blueberries! Whoever has not tried this has to ASAP!! What better way to enjoy the combo than in a protein packed muffin?? I call these “muffins” , but they are more like cakes! Extremely moist and packed with plant based proteins and superfoods🌱🌱
Ingredients:
2 cups of oats
1/3 cup chia seeds
1 packet of Juice Plus Dutch Chocolate Protein Powder
1/3 cup of tahini
1/2 cup agave
1/2 mashed banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup cacao
Dash of vanilla
Sprinkle of salt
1/2 cup water
I eat one of these muffins for a snack & 2-3 with fresh fruit and nut butter for a meal! However, everyone is different, so enjoy these any way you would like! These ingredients also make one dozen or 12 muffins!
